You can cancel your reservation up to 72 hours before departure. After 72 hours, no refunds will be made, except on presentation of a medical certificate.

We require a medical certificate issued by a Thai doctor or hospital dated prior to the departure date of the excursion booked. Please note that only the persons mentioned on the medical certificate can obtain a refund. Accompanying persons are not eligible.

For safety reasons, we do not allow pregnant women or children under the age of two to take part in our tours that include a speedboat section. These include the following excursions: Similan, Surin, Koh Phi Phi, Koh Yao Yai, Koh Hong and the Virgin Islands.

In addition, we strongly advise against these itineraries for people with heart problems or any other serious health condition. This recommendation is due to the potential remoteness of immediate medical assistance during our tours.

We can organize transfers on request, or put a chauffeur-driven car at your disposal for a full or half day. For this type of request, please contact one of our advisors for a quote.

Surin and Similan parks are open from November 15 to May 15 and close the rest of the year. Koh Phi Phi and Phang Nga Bay remain open all year round.

Maya Bay in Koh Phi Phi National Park is not accessible from July to the end of September, to preserve the local ecosystem. However, it is possible to observe the bay from the boat during this period without stopping.
