Is the transfer from our hotel included?

Yes, the transfer is included from your hotel in Koh Samui.

What are the cancellation and refund procedures?

No refunds will be made after 72 hours before the excursion departure date (except on presentation of a medical certificate). We require a medical certificate issued on site by a Thai doctor or at a hospital dated prior to the departure date of the excursion booked. Please note that only the persons mentioned on the medical certificate can obtain a refund. Accompanying persons are not eligible.
