You'll set off for the elephant conservation park, where you'll be immersed in their environment, far from the touristy strolls. Your exploration continues across the island to one of the island's most famous temples and viewpoints, the Big Buddha, and then through the Phuket town district. Meet the elephants
Discover the elephant conservation park for an unforgettable, nature-friendly experience. You’ll be totally immersed in the elephant environment, where you can feed them and experience a fascinating encounter with these majestic animals, including a mud bath with these pachyderms. Your guide will immerse you in the captivating story of Asian elephants, sharing with you their fascinating history and peculiarities.
Lunch and cooking class
Pad Thai, the national dish, will be in the spotlight! It’s up to you to learn how to cook this legendary dish, and then gather your strength for the rest of the day.
Afternoon
Big Buddha at the top of the island
After this enriching experience, we’ll take you to admire the famous Great Buddha of Phuket, the largest statue on the island, towering 50 meters high atop a hill. Made entirely of white marble, it was built to mark the 70th anniversary of the reign of Rama 9. Now a symbol of the town, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the whole of Phuket from up there.
In the narrow streets of the old town
Head for historic Phuket Town to lose yourself in the Sino-Portuguese lanes of the old town and do a little shopping.

Do I need to wear anything special to visit the Big Buddha?
As this is a Buddhist place, you’ll be asked to dress appropriately. For men: pants or Bermuda shorts below the knee and a top covering the shoulders. For women: pants or skirts below the knee and tops covering the shoulders (no low-cut tops). Open-toed shoes for easy removal at temple entrances.
Can you go shopping in Phuket Town?
You’ll have some free time on site to wander through the narrow streets of the old town or do a little shopping in the local stalls, where you’ll find souvenirs and local handicrafts.
Are we going to the Phuket Town night market?
The Old Town night market only takes place on Sundays, so if the tour takes place on that day, you’ll have the chance to enjoy the island’s famous street food market.
