All sightseeing tours are conducted in minibuses with a maximum capacity of ten people, with the assistance of an English, French or Italian-speaking guide. Professional Thai guides speaking other European languages such as German, Spanish, etc. are subject to availability at additional cost. <\/p>\n

The daily program for each excursion is given as a guide only. All programs are subject to change due to imperatives beyond our control, such as government regulations, boat schedules, road conditions, weather, etc. However, the services provided will be respected, except in cases of force majeure.
The schedule may be reversed to ensure the tour runs according to plan. <\/p>\n

Timetables are given as a guideline only. Departure and return times depend on the hotel where you are staying. Arrival and return times may also vary according to traffic conditions. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

To book an excursion on our website, you must select a date. This date is indicative and can be changed up to 48 hours before the excursion departure date. Tour departure dates may vary according to seasonality, weather conditions, group size and any other factors that may influence planning. <\/p>\n

We invite you to inform us of your dates of stay when you make your reservation (in the reservation form to be completed at the payment stage). This will enable us, as far as possible, to propose a new departure date in the event of modification or cancellation of the date selected at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change the departure date up to 48 hours before the start of the tour. However, this does not constitute grounds for cancellation of the tour. <\/p>\n

All admission and entry fees, as specified under “included in the tour”, are included in the price. However, national park entrance fees are subject to change and increase without notice, as they are administered by government authorities, which may affect the overall price. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

3 | Information about sea excursions <\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Sea excursions may be cancelled or subject to modifications depending on weather conditions or the boat captain’s decision.<\/p>\n

There are no landing platforms on the islands, and participants must step off directly onto the beach.<\/p>\n

Outings are by long-tail boat (traditional wooden boat) or speed boat with two, three or four motors. The type of boat varies according to the excursion chosen, the date and the number of participants. <\/p>\n

Pregnant women and children under 4 years of age are not allowed to go out to sea in speedboats<\/strong>. They are also strongly discouraged for people with health problems, particularly cardiac or respiratory, due to the long distances to hospitals from the islands. We also advise against outings for those prone to seasickness. However, long-tail<\/strong> boat trips are accessible to pregnant women and babies. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

4 | Cancellation conditions and fees<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We reserve the right to change dates up to 48 hours before the start of the trip, but this does not constitute grounds for cancelling the tour.<\/p>\n

We reserve the right to change the departure date selected at the time of booking if the minimum number of participants is not reached, in the event of unfavorable weather conditions, or for any other factor beyond our control necessitating the postponement of the excursion.<\/p>\n

The following charges will apply in the event of cancellation:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • For cancellations made between booking and 7 days before departure, a 25% cancellation fee will be charged.<\/li>\n
  • Cancellations made between 7 days and 72 hours prior to departure will incur a 50% cancellation charge.<\/li>\n
  • For cancellations 72 hours or less prior to departure, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    No refunds will be made more than 72 hours before the excursion departure date (except on presentation of a medical certificate). In the event of cancellation and request for refund, we require a medical certificate issued on site by a Thai doctor or at the hospital dated prior to the departure date of the excursion booked. Please note that only the persons mentioned on the medical certificate can obtain a refund. Accompanying persons are not eligible. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n
