General information
Rates are per person. Access is free for babies aged 0 to 2.
All sightseeing tours are conducted in minibuses with a maximum capacity of ten people, with the assistance of an English, French or Italian-speaking guide. Professional Thai guides speaking other European languages such as German, Spanish, etc. are subject to availability at additional cost.
The daily schedule for each excursion is given as an indication only. All programs are subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control, such as government regulations, boat schedules, road conditions, weather conditions, etc. However, the services provided will be respected, except in cases of force majeure. The stages of the program may be reversed to ensure the smooth running of the excursion, particularly depending on the tides.
Timetables are given as a guideline only. Departure and return times depend on the hotel where you are staying. Arrival and return times may also vary according to traffic conditions.
Information on sea excursions
Sea excursions may be cancelled or subject to modifications depending on weather conditions or the boat captain’s decision.
There are no landing platforms on the islands, and participants must step off directly onto the beach.
Outings are by long-tail boat (traditional wooden boat) or speed boat with two, three or four motors. The type of boat varies according to the excursion chosen, the date and the number of participants.
Pregnant women and children under 4 years of age are not allowed to go out to sea in speedboats. They are also strongly discouraged for people with health problems, particularly cardiac or respiratory, due to the long distances to hospitals from the islands. We also advise against outings for those prone to seasickness. However, long-tail boat trips are accessible to pregnant women and babies.
Cancellation policy
We reserve the right to change the departure date up to 48 hours before the start of the tour, but this does not constitute grounds for cancelling the tour.
We reserve the right to change the departure date selected at the time of booking if the minimum number of participants is not reached, in the event of unfavorable weather conditions, or for any other factor beyond our control necessitating the postponement of the excursion.
No refunds will be made more than 72 hours before the excursion departure date (except on presentation of a medical certificate). In the event of cancellation and request for refund, we require a medical certificate issued on site by a Thai doctor or at the hospital dated prior to the departure date of the excursion booked. Please note that only the persons mentioned on the medical certificate can obtain a refund. Accompanying persons are not eligible.
